Return Policy
Because our merchandise is customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. We do a thorough quality check on all items before they are shipped. If notified within 3 business days from confirmed delivery, we will make arrangement to replace your item. The original must be returned within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Or, you may select to receive a gift certificate that can be used for a later purchase or assign it as a gift to someone else.
